Meet Kelle DeBruin

(she/her)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Supervisor / Clinical Director

Kelle believes that personal growth begins with a grounded, realistic understanding of where we are in life and the unique paths that brought us here. She deeply values the resilience people cultivate through their lived experiences and works collaboratively with clients to draw on those strengths as they explore new possibilities and meaningful change.

Kelle’s therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practice. She integrates interventions from the Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify patterns, strengthen relationships, and move toward their goals with clarity and confidence.

In addition to her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, Kelle also holds a Master of Divinity, which informs her understanding of meaning-making, identity, and the complexities of the human experience.

Kelle holds a Certificate in Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan. Her work in this area focuses on ethical non-monogamy, desire discrepancy, life-stage changes related to intimacy, and the development of self-identity and self-awareness.

She is also an approved clinical supervisor in the state of Oregon, providing supervision to Professional Counselor Associates, Marriage and Family Therapist Associates, and clinical interns as they develop their professional skills and professional identities.
