Meet Sarah Richter
(she/her)
Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
Sarah feels deeply honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. As a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern in an outpatient behavioral health setting, she views therapy as a collaborative process—one where clients are the experts of their own lived experiences, and her role is to offer support, curiosity, and guidance along the way.
With a warm, person-centered approach and a strong grounding in systemic thinking, Sarah is committed to meeting clients exactly where they are. She works to gently explore the unique challenges each person faces, while helping to shape a pathway forward that feels both meaningful and achievable.
Informed by her professional training, supervised clinical experience, and her own lived perspectives, Sarah strives to create a welcoming, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds and life stages, and is passionate about supporting healthy relationships, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
