Robin Rosenberg Marriage and Family Therapist Intern

Meet Robin Rosenberg

(she/her)
Marriage and Family Therapist Intern

Robin is a psychotherapist-in-training guided by compassion, curiosity, and the belief that as relational beings, our healing begins with connection.  We all long to have relationships in which we are deeply understood and accepted, and that begins with allowing ourselves to be seen and heard.  Through this process, we can experience authentic growth, change, and repair.

Robin is pursuing a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy with Syracuse University, following a career in marketing and advertising, and fifteen years of entrepreneurship. Her work is grounded by an interest in understanding family systems, relational patterns, and storytelling.  Robin’s theoretical influences include trauma-informed, psychodynamic, narrative and emotionally-focused approaches. Developing insight and healing starts with identifying our strengths and resources, as well as patterns of thinking and behavior that keep us stuck. As a therapist, Robin collaborates with clients in navigating and strengthening the relationships that allow us to be our best selves.

Working through grief and loss, navigating change, or confronting friction in relationships are both life’s greatest challenges and opportunities for change. That possibility for change is what motivates Robin to be a therapist.  With empathy, candor, and even some laughter, Robin seeks to co-create a meaningful, transformational experience with her clients.
