Meet Andrea Siferd

Professional Counselor Associate

You’re juggling so much—career, relationships, expectations—and yet still asking yourself, “Why do I feel like I’m falling behind?” Andrea gets it.

She knows how life can feel like a constant loop of anxiety, burnout, and pressure to be “on” all the time. Before earning her master’s degree from Antioch University, Andrea supported adults in early recovery from addiction and mental health disorders—work that taught her just how vital the right support can be during times of struggle.

Today, Andrea helps adult individuals who face challenges with daily management and chronic stress.  She has a particular interest in supporting millennial women move through perfectionism, people-pleasing, chronic stress, low self-worth, and relationship challenges. She creates a warm, grounded space where you don’t have to have it all figured out—and where your daily struggles are taken seriously.

Andrea’s approach is collaborative and personalized, drawing from client-centered, feminist theory, and solution-focused therapies. She believes that therapy works best when it feels like a real relationship—one built on trust, authenticity, and mutual respect. She also invites open feedback, because your insight into your own healing is just as important as the tools she brings to the room.

If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start reconnecting with yourself, Andrea is here to walk with you—without judgment, and at your pace.
